OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT
Once registered to the Beonholidays web site you engage yourself to adhere the following main rules:

All the inserted information must be true. Beonholidays aims to create a trusty relationships between owners and renters. Mutual satisfaction is our main goal.

Take care of the house as if it was yours: keep it clean and tidy during your stay and leave it in this same condition you found it.

Do not cause disturbance to neighbours with unproper behaviours and/or noises and remember that the owner is not responsable of eventual damages to third parties from your behaviour and for which you are held the only responsible.

Do not damage the building neither the furniture or the appliances. In the event you find eventual malfunction immediately contact the owner.
SUGGESTIONS

If the lodging description is not sufficient, we suggest you to ask the owner any further information, such as dimensions, additional equipments, exact location, distance from airports or railway stations.

Stipulate a regular rent contract specifying the exact date of arrival and departure
