You are not allowed to use the Beonholidays web site for illicit purposes and for those not expressly pertaining to the rent of vacation houses.

In particular, you are not allowed to insert photos or expressions that might offend the religious feelings or the sense of decency, outrageous and/or slanderous phrases and any other manifestation against the moral and the public order. In any case the owner takes upon itself the whole responsibility for the content of published insertions, messages and texts and expressly relieves the Beonholidays Society from any responsibility.
In case of transgression the Society to its unobjectionable judgment reserves the right to refuse the publication of ads, to delete their content and to denounce their authors to the judicial authority, without the customer can claim any compensation for eventual damages or the restitution of the paid rate.

Enter the exact period in which your property is vacant and provide to update your insertion once you rented it, indicating the next period of availability. In this way you will avoid among other things to receive useless calls from tenants asking for already rented periods.

Enter the exact conditions of the lease (first of all the price); such conditions will be transcribed in the lease contract you will stipulate with the tenant.

The description of your property must be detailed and absolutely correspondent to the truth. Remember that your ad is subjected to the rules of the civil code and that you are therefore responsible if the characteristics of the lodging lack correspondence to those stated in the relative insertion.

Beonholidays is not responsible for the veracity of inserted data for what attains the true correspondence of the vacation house and of any other data supplied by the owner who remains, therefore, the only one in charge of the information, images and of the whole content of the publication.

The property for rent must be in good locative conditions, free from damages or defects that can affect the tenant health, and must be given in optimal hygienic conditions.

The vacation house must be supplied with at least the essential furniture (beds, tables, chairs etc), and appliances (kitchen, refrigerator etc.). Furniture must not be damaged and appliances must work properly. Declare anyway your availability to readily intervene in case of failures.

Take care of assisting the tenant for eventual requirements during its stay. The host positive appraisal of its permanence in your piece of real estate is the best investment for granting you further lease of your house. The tenant, at the end of vacation, will express satisfaction on its stay spent in your house.

Always reply to interested-to-rent persons contacting you.

In case of assessed transgression of the above rules and, mainly in case of illicit ads, true characteristics of your piece of real estate different from what indicated in the insertion, damages or malfunctioning of systems and appliances, verified hygienic deficiencies, the Beonholidays Society reserves the right to cancel and not to renew ads without any right being recognized to the owner as compensation of the eventual damages.

Send us your opinion of the tenant you have been stayed. It is sufficient to accurately fill in the appropriate form at the end of the rent period. This is a way to express your opinion that will be extremely useful for other owners who can have in advance information on possible future tenants.
